This is an opportunity for a bread and butter general surgeon to join a critical access hospital-affiliated multispecialty group in a small town in eastern Maine. You will take over an established practice due to the retirement of the current surgeon. The practice has been going strong for many years and continues to grow and progress. You will get an excellent annual base salary plus incentive compensation based on RVUs and a $50K sign-on bonus. The benefits include 4 to 6 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME a year (financial allotment for this as well), and 1 week sick time a year.
