At Mary Washington General Surgery, we strive to deliver the best possible surgical care with kindness, empathy, and personalized attention to each patient's unique needs. We take a team-based approach, working closely with experts from different medical specialties. Our board-certified general surgeons provide care before, during, and after surgery. Whenever feasible, we use minimally invasive procedures to minimize the impact of surgery and speed up recovery time.

Our general surgeons are experienced in minimally invasive, laparoscopic surgery, and are committed to timely evaluations and treatment, as well as compassionate, well-communicated care for all of our patients. You will provide Counseling and guidance for patients, exams and screenings, surgical procedures, and follow-up care. You will advise patients on the best surgical options and associated risks.

Our Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be dedicated to delivering high quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical. Degree
• Candidates must be BC in General Surgery
• Current, unrestricted, Virginia State license or eligible for Virginia licensure
• Obtain DEA for full prescriptive ability.
• AHA, BLS and ACLS Required
