Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive compensation with a robust internal referral network. Compensation range $400K to $450K
• Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
• Malpractice Insurance provided with tail coverage.

• Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate, and renewals.

Career Development

• There will be a fourteen-day meeting time with options for home study.
• Up to $3,400 annually for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies.
• Teaching opportunities--General Surgery residency program. Guthrie is a regional campus for the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Academic appointments are available.
